Sign Contract

Time to sign the contract! once all options have been determined and finalized between you, the builder, and your lender it is time to sign the contract and put down a deposit.

Build Process

The waiting begins! While the home is being built you will get updates by the builder's team about the stages and progress of your home. 

Receive Keys!

The finish line! Once the home is built and all approvals have been met it is time to close, get the keys, and celebrate of course!
