Here’s how you know, you’ve got a rookie real estate agent.
The guy who shows up in the office, who’s like, Yeah, got a showing later. Gotta go show the house today. And you’re like, yeah. Okay. Well, that’s not a whole day worth of work. That doesn’t count.
And of course they go and they come back and you’re like, Hey, how’d it go? Do they wanna put an offer in?Oh no, man. They’re thinking about it. In fact, I’m not even sure. They’re they’re prequalified. What? You don’t know, if they’re prequalified, what are you showing houses for?
Come on, man. Come on, man. You gotta get ’em pre-qualified have a lender. Know what you’re doing, but Hey, rookies, don’t say rookies for long, cuz you only have to do that once before you figure out that’s not the way to go. That’s not the way to go.
