Happy day for Janae my buyer! My guy Shane Michael called and told me we gotta get her taken care of! We got her under contract pretty quickly…. THEN we did the walkthrough and a pipe had burst 😬.

Flood. Deal killed. .Props to Janae, we got back on the horse the next week and found her this gem.
